  • 2 bananas (frozen works best!)
  • A good handful of chopped fresh pineapple
  • A small handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ of a small ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha Maiden powder
  • ½ cup- ¾ cup of almond milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie!


  1. Blend all ingredients until very smooth and creamy, adding enough liquid to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve with mint leaves, lime and a scattering of hemp seeds.
