MATCHA PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 1/2 cups of uncle Toby’s oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp Matcha Maiden
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
  • 1 Banana chopped
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • Coconut oil for greasing pan

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients in NutriBullet and blend.
  2. Fry batter with coconut oil.
  3. ENJOY!

Makes: 8 pancakes
