MATCHA VEGAN PANCAKES
1tbs ground flax
1 cup soy milk
1tbs apple cider vinegar
1 cup flour
2tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1tsp matcha powder
Prepare flax egg: in a bowl, whisk together flax and water.
Prepare buttermilk: in another bowl, whisk together soy milk and apple cider vinegar.
In a medium bowl, mox the rest together.
Stir everything until well incorporated.
