RECIPE

In the blender, throw in:

6 raw macadamia nuts
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp MIX N MATCHA
2 tsp protein powder
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 avocado
handful of baby spinach
1 tbsp coconut kefir (or natural yogurt)
1/4 frozen nana
1-1.5 cup @naturalrawc coconut water, ice.

Blend and top with your fave bits!
