SATURDAY SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp MIX N MATCHA
  • 2 tsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/4 avocado
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut kefir (or natural yogurt)
  • 1/4 frozen nana
  • 1-1.5 cup @naturalrawc coconut water, ice.

RECIPE

  1. In the blender, throw in all above ingredients
  2. Blend and top with your fave bits!
