  • 1/2 cup flour (I used half oat & buckwheat)
  • 2 Tbsp Choc protein powder @properprotein pea protein
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugarfree drinking chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp granulated stevia (as desired)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Blend in a blender until smooth
  2. Cook in some coconut oil

Matcha Sauce

  1. 3 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
  2. 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  3. 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup (more to taste)
  4. 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional)
  5. Blend well. Pour over pancakes

Top with fresh figs and cacao nibs for some chocolatey crunch!
