MATCHA VANILLA CARDAMOM PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup flour (Pictured is half oat & buckwheat)
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Matcha Maiden powder
  • 1/3 cup organic apple purée
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened Almond Breeze Australia
  • 1 Tbsp granulated stevia Natvia
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD:
  1. Blend in a blender until smooth
  2. Cook batter in coconut oil
  3. Top with fresh fruit and drizzle with rice malt syrup
