MATCHA VANILLA CARDAMOM PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS: 
1/2 cup flour (Pictured is half oat & buckwheat)
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 tsp Matcha Maiden powder  
1/3 cup organic apple purée
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened Almond Breeze Australia
1 Tbsp granulated stevia Natvia
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD:
1. Blend in a blender until smooth
2. Cook batter in coconut oil
3. Top with fresh fruit and drizzle with rice malt syrup
