Matcha cream:
  • 1 cup soaked cashews (4hrs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 large TBS Mix n Matcha 
  • Dash carob syrup if you like it sweeter


  • 4-5 large medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1-2 TBS almond milk

For cream:

  • Process throughly until creamy~ scrapping sides down occasionally, place into fridge while making crust
  • Same process minus matcha for the plane white cream to swirl

For crust:

  • Process until creamy
  • Press into small tart springform pan, spoon in white cream, then matcha cream, repeat cream layers and swirl with a toothpick~~ VOILAAA
