MATCHA AND SPINACH PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy milk ( or any milk of choice)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 tsp Matcha Maiden matcha

METHOD:

  1. Blend spinach, matcha and soy milk in a blender, add it with the oats
  2. Place on stove at high heat
  3. Let simmer until liquid had reduced
  4. Add a splash of milk at the end and stir
  5. Top with your choice of topping (pictured is banana, cacao nibs, mixed berries, cinnamon and rice malt syrup)
