When to Take
This blend contains no caffeine and so can be taken day or night. We recommend at least one cup/serve per day and this can be increased to as many as 10 cups/serves per day.
Serving Suggestions
Golden Latte: Simply add 1/2 a teaspoon of Golden Grind Hero Blend to your favorite hot milk or milk (dairy alternative) and stir well.
Iced Golden Latte: Dissolve 1/2 a teaspoon of Golden Grind Hero Blend in boiling water for a few seconds. Pour mixture over a cup of ice and top up with your favorite hot milk or mylk and stir well.
