Our friends at Banting Bread’s philosophy is natural flavours, quality ingredients and minimising the amount of sugar we consume. Their products have no added sugar, less than 5% natural sugar and are free from additives.
We LOVE a good seeded loaf especially being gluten intolerant, but the most frustrating thing is how hard it can be to find! NEVER FEAR! The Collaboratory is here!!! Now you can make your own by simply adding coconut oil, water and baking! SO EASY!
