Perishable goods cannot be returned. As matcha powder is a perishable good, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchases.
As we do not accept returned goods, we are also unfortunately unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased from Matcha Maiden that are returned.
Matcha Maiden is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for product that does not arrive, Matcha Maiden may issue a discretionary refund. In those cases, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In all other cases, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
