MATCHA SWIRL TART

INGREDIENTS:

Matcha cream:

1 cup soaked cashews (4hrs)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1 large TBS Mix n Matcha 
Dash carob syrup if you like it sweeter

Crust:

4-5 large medjool dates
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1-2 TBS almond milk

METHOD:

For cream:
Process throughly until creamy~ scrapping sides down occasionally, place into fridge while making crust
Same process minus matcha for the plane white cream to swirl
For crust:
Process until creamy
Press into small tart springform pan, spoon in white cream, then matcha cream, repeat cream layers and swirl with a toothpick~~ VOILAAA
